Mentor Magic™ is an intensive Group Coaching Program, customised and adapted to your organisation's particular needs for in-house presentation.

This unique program facilitated by Kerrie Mullins-Gunst is designed especially for leaders, executives, experienced managers and business owners and customised to your particular organisation's special requirements or context.

A unique Mutual Mentoring™ leadership development program

A typical program might include:

"Each month you will enjoy two and a half stimulating hours of inspiration, information, challenge and support, focused on your particular needs.

• Learn new ideas and interact directly with guest experts in selected fields.
• Share your victories, obstacles, ideas and inspirations with other senior managers in a confidential and supportive environment.
• Be personally challenged and guided through special Spotlight sessions."

Exclusively for experienced executives and business people who wish to tap the power of Mutual Mentoring™ in a small select coaching group.

Participants must be willing to accept confidentiality restrictions, contribute to the group and commit to regular attendance in order to participate in this unique leadership development program.
